The Healthy Holidays Plan To Live Your Fit Lifestyle! Diet & Exercise Plan For The Holidays!




Having a diet and exercise plan during the holidays is essential when it Tis The Season to Eat, Drink, & be Merry! I want you to be able to enjoy in the holiday festivities while living your fit lifestyle. The goal is to have no need for a New Years Resolution, but rather have your clothes fit right and tight....instead of too tight! These are the tricks that I use to make sure that I stay on top of my diet and exercise plan during the holidays.

1. Stay on Top of Your Time in The Gym!

With the extra schedule demands & Diet Indulgences a consistent Exercise Plan is essential to Living Ur Fit Lifestyle. Make sure you get your 4 Sweat Training Workouts in consistently each week. These are 4 High Intensity Interval Training Workouts, that combine cardio & resistance training for 1 full hour of pure sweat. These intense workouts are going to help you burn a ton of calories during your workout and after.

Your schedule is going to be extra packed during the holidays, make sure to plan ahead to make room for your workout plan. You may have to adjust your normal training schedule with the additional shopping, holiday events, & extra time w/ family & friends. If you wait till the day of to adjust your workout time you might end up missing/skipping your training time.....Plan ahead to Stay on Top of Your Time In The Gym!

2. Focus on Enjoying The People & The Holiday Event!

The food and drink at the holiday party should not be your main focus! Enjoy the time you are spending with the people and places you love and enjoy. Focus your attention on in engaging in great conversation, laughter, relaxing, & taking in all the great holiday decor!

3. Limit Portion & Frequency of Indulgences!

Your diet and nutrition is going to be challenged during the holidays, definitely do have the things that you enjoy, just don't over indulge. When you tell yourself you can't have something you are going to feel deprived and not be very jolly. So, eat & drink the great holiday food that you love just try to limit that things that you enjoy to small portions, instead of large portions or 4-5 servings.

When adding the things that you love into your diet plan limit the frequency of them by keeping in mind the number of events you are going to. Spread out your diet indulgences, don't indulge in everything at every event! When you get to the party take a look at everything and pick and choice based on how many other events you plan on attending.
