Summer boating is synonymous with water skiing & wakeboarding! Whether you are new to water sports or a veteran having a fitness plan is essential to keeping you always active, trying new summer sports, & living your fit lifestyle this summer! I had learned to ski when I was younger, but wakeboarding is new to my summer sports & learning a new sport is always challenging & so rewarding. Sitting in the water waiting to try and get up on the board for the first time I was so glad that I had been consistent with a solid resistance training program. Having that exercise program in place enabled me to have body awareness, pick up form, stay balanced...... when I was up, take a fall safely...I drank the lake several times, feel strong enough to get up...stay up...and love it when I was! Life has so many fun sports to learn & a resistance training program is essential to confidently keep trying & enjoying them all!
