#STchristmas Game Plan

Game day is ONLY 3 weeks out so here is your #STchristmas game plan to get you ready! You have two game plan options. The off season or in season plan. Right now I'm in season game plan, let's go!!!

In Season Goal
The #1 present I give to myself...I'm a lean STathlete Christmas Morning….Just put a Smile & Big Red Bow on Me!!! If you are a person who indulges in FUN, this plan will be necessary just to maintain through the holidays!

In Season Game Plan #STchristmas
1. #STtrain
2 a days, 4 days a week! AM STcardio & afternoon/pm STtrain this is about 26 workouts before the holiday.

2. #STfuel
Clean fuel until Christmas Eve & Christmas Party! No Cookies or Alcohol until Christmas Eve or Christmas day.

Off Season Plan
I want to stay in the game & maintain! I will enjoy the holiday food, but not indulge.

Off Season Game Plan for #STchristmas
1. #STtrain
4 STtrain a week, this is about 13 workouts before the holiday.

2. #STfuel
Eating clean M-F, on the weekends small portions of the holiday Cookies & Alcohol!
