10 Ways To Love Your Fit Lifestyle, An Athlete's Life!

Valentines Day has had me reflective on Love, Healthy Love is an important Energy & Feeling in my life, to me it's the healthy marriage between me being an Entrepreneur & Living a Disciplined, Healthy, Sweaty, Fit Lifestyle. Sweat Training is not my job, company, gym....Sweat Training is my heart, dreamer to achiever. I am passionate about originality, change & having a healthy impact on peoples lives.

Being an entrepreneur ...your heart, passion, sweat, talent, originality, growth, lessons learned are all on display for the world. My company's branding, location, art, music are all an extension of my dreams & who I am. My company is my #LoveChild, my baby, a living breathing extension of myself that I'm responsible for it's change, growth, energy, & it's contribution back to the world.

I have nothing but respect for entrepreneurs I consider them all athletes of the business world. They are athletes with no sport, no coach, no team. They create the sport, coach themselves, build the team, & lead the team. The don't follow a plan they architect their own plan. You work endlessly, through many lessons learned to breath life into something that's just an idea & doesn't exist...I BELIEVE. As a football coach would say "It's the 6 inches between your backbone & chest...it's your heart men. It's what's inside you!" When your idea comes to life it's living love, passion, fueling energy, real, true & it's going to help people's lives.

I believe in healthy loving relationships, the more love you INVEST in yourself, the experiences that you love, & the people that you love... the more love you get in RETURN. If your dream is to have a fit lifestyle, invest in that dream & make it your reality! I believe in you & your dreams, but I'm not saying it's easy...the greater the reward the greater the work to get there! True Love is a big reward! In life & in the gym I can't turn the coach & athlete inside me OFF, hopefully I can inspire & help you with my lessons learned.

An Athlete's Life.....

1. Believe in your healthy lifestyle goal, dream, & make it your reality. To LOVE your healthy lifestyle you have to jump, risk, be scared & do it anyways, try, fail, get back up, LEARN from your failures, sweat, be on an adventure where every step is new and challenging, work & work & work until you win. The reward is all LOVE!

2. Your current situation is not your permanent situation. Where you are at changes when you decide where you are going.

3. A dream without a plan is just a wish, put together a plan. There is a BIG DIFFERENCE b/w working out & dieting versus Training & Fueling like an athlete: high metabolism, agile, speed, strength, flexible, lean, toned, symmetrical, mentally & physically tough!

4. Invest in your relationship with training & fueling, it is a guaranteed healthy relationship, the more you invest the more you get in return.

5. Be Glass Half Full & Be Tough! Always focus on the positive & strengths while you are doing work to fix the weaknesses. Strength is smiling through the pain!  Negative energy, focusing on the problem, repeating the same bad habits over & over & over is CANCER & DEATH to a healthy lifestyle & healthy relationship.

6. Share your plan with those that support & love you. Allow them to support your new healthy habits, progress, & results. Invite them to be apart of your new healthy lifestyle...the food, the workouts, the fitness adventures, the finish lines you cross. Be thankful & grateful for their support!

7. When you hit obstacles find ways to work around them, focus on the goal & keep moving forward. If you are tired of STARTING OVER then stop QUITTING!  Never quite, never give up, never give in.

8. If you aren't making progress change yourself, your actions, your mentality, or the plan...don't change the goal.

9. No whining, complaining, or poor me. Kids whine... adults make solutions Happen! Talk about obstacles positively to come up with a plan, then do the work, and create a solution.

10. The last 15 minutes of your workouts are where you have to dig deep, that's the time when 1st and last place is decided. It's the time when those who have planned, committed, sacrificed, trained consistently, arrived on time, prepared, slept, fueled, hydrated, & are mentally tough separate themselves from those who HAVE NOT. It's the 15 minutes that separates those that are going to BUILD & PROGRESS from those who are going to BREAK.  You decide where you place, the mind will give up before the body ever will! Have The Will 2 #Win!

Following your heart & love in business & in a fit lifestyle is always the road less traveled, b/c it is the toughest journey, but it always leads you to the place you were meant to be, with the people you were meant to be with, sharing experiences you love! As I have built my company & my fit lifestyle, you will build your fit lifestyle...You have put LOVE into this part of your life....You Built, Own, & Protect this House!
