
Healthy Fats make me happy......especially my cashew butter. I always have a freshly crushed tub o' cashew butter on hand & a spoon ready. This is my life saver for satiety & something quick and easy so that my hunger monster doesn't come out b/c I like to eat....and I eat often. I will caution you, watch your portions b/c fats have a lil' over 2x the amount of calories per serving as a carb or protein......but it doesn't spike your insulin like a carb. Calories are not a bad thing, just going over your daily allowance is.

1. All Nuts: Peanut, Pistachios, Almonds
2. All Nut Butters: Peanut, Almond, Cashew
3. Oil Based Dressing
4. Macadamia Nut Oil, Olive oil
5. Mayo made with Olive Oil.....chicken salad
6. Pesto Sauce, this is what I use to flavor up my grilled shrimp
7. Hummus, I almost forgot, this is perfect with veggies or deli meat
